  • kinect has a new playfit app - it's not ideal, and can only be used with specific games, but it's a great way to track your moves... adventures is fun but not tracked. sports. motion explosion. netflix has videos that come & go - i was trying to find a pilates video i pre-screened the other day and POOF ALL GONE. shame on…

  • i'm 6' and wear (US) 11-12 (depending on the style). i found a pair of women's airwalks in 12 and they are OMG comfy... but for workouts i prefer a tighter shoe, so i go with 11 sneakers. open-toe i usually wear men's sandals, but i can go down to women's 10... depending on the style, again.
