I know what you mean (that is how it was last time I lost weight). I want to have that perception of myself from the outside in like I have from my inside out. My perception more than others perception of myself. Btw, I think you are doing awesome Shannon! You are such an inspiration to me! Hugs

I was stuck at 10 lbs for awhile. Check your diary. I noticed that I was eating package foods and lots of rice cakes. I stopped the rice cakes and started roasting veggies and it kicked me back in.
