  • Shooting in the dark here, but have you tried kegal exercises? I have heard that over time these are the ones that help. Also, if you are already doing ab-exercises you may want to check if you are doing them to get the most effect. Many times if you slow just the speed of the exercise you feel it more.. Hope this helps.
