I've been using striiv since I saw it here but I am looking for a better free app that I could us instead that maps and could be using for running and cycling(nothing fancy needed), I just put moves on, but think I'm gonna keep striiv for now since I have it synced with MFP, any options? And still for free and nothing…

I just got the app today and it says i took 844 steps. I didn't count my steps but for the time, i probably at most took 200 steps. I had my iphone in my back pocket. Where is everyone else carrying theirs?

I just read through a lot of this and it's old thread, anyone that did a fast in 2011 how's your weight now? I just am wondering how its effected you long term wise. I see a lot of people's weight loss tracker says 0lb lost now, idk if that's bc of not updating the weight or not though
