  • The raisin cinnamon is really good toasted for breakfast with natural p-nut butter and banana on it:drinker: . It will keep you full for 4 hours. I wash it down with a cup of Almond Milk.

B:blushing: ut try making your ranch dressing from scratch using low fat buttermilk and ff cottage cheese in the blender as your base. Go online to get the spices you need to make it taste like the real ranch. Good luck.
