wow! so happy to see i'm not alone :) i find eating every 3 to 4 hours is key, drinking lots of fluids (water, green teas) and ESPECIALLY staying the hell away from refined sugars!! protein really, really does help and i make sure my snacks and meals are balanced :)

Sun Warrior vegan protein in chocolate or vanilla, sweetened with stevia. I've cut out whey because I was feeling congested (it can be an inflammatory). It's 80cals and 15g of protein per scoop!! Made with pea, cranberry and hemp protein! I'm absolutely in love with this product :)

it's all about DIET for a flat tummy! cut down on alcohol, eat healthy fats (avocado/olive oil) avoiding the saturated kind. Trust me, it works :)
