Hey!! I am 5'3 (and a quarter) . My goal is 160-170 and I am 199 right now. I know I will still be considered "overweight" but I felt good at that weight before.

Good Job!!! This is so motivating to me!! I started off around 223 and lost 20lbs with a combination of One a Day for Metabolism pills and then I tried Atkins (20 carbs a day UUGH!!}) So now Im like within a pound of where u started . U look great!!:flowerforyou:
