210.4 Although it's up from last week I'm not concerned. My sisters wedding was this weekend and I KNOW I ended up over-doing it on sodium. I feel puffy today and am pretty sure I will see a drop in the next few days.

My scale was all over the place this morning and didn't give me the same reading consistently. It went everywhere from 208.6-210.4... It gave me 209.6 twice though so I guess I will go with that?

Yeah. I subtract 1.35 calories per minute. I calculated it once based on wearing my Hrm while sleeping and dividing the total by the number of minutes which came to 1.3 calories per minute. Then a few months ago I got my RMR measured and it came to 1.35 calories per minute... Pretty darn close.

The dannon is my Greek yogurt of choice. I usually get the plain kind and add honey and cinnamon... Or mango... Or something like that. I did try the vanilla nonfat one today and I enjoyed it, but think I still prefer the plain with honey and fruit I have tried a bunch of different ones but I like dannon best

Yes it's normal. Think about it, you are weighing yourself PLUS all the food you just ate and the liquid you drank. For best most accurate results weigh yourself first thing in the morning when you wake up and after going to the bathroom Dont stress

My suggestion is to stretch at least twice as long as Jillian has you stretch at the end. Hold each stretch for a 30 count and things will not be as sore afterwards!
