my favorite is frozen seedless red grapes. Great for snacking! Take them out of the freezer and eat. I like them after they have been out for a few minutes and have softened up a little bit. Sorry I didn't post yesterday. Period+stress+sodium=horrible weigh in that I won't write down (yeah, I know I didn't gain 8 lbs in 4 days) This morning was still ridiculous but better than yesterday 211.4

Today was day 2 of pre-work workouts. I plan on doing it every day this week! The shower at the gym wasn't draining which is a bummer since it's only been open less than a week. I emailed the owner and let him know. Hopefully the scale will show more movement next week. It's getting down to crunch time!!

Not sure how large you are talking, but I am rather top heavy (36DD currently) and was able to fit into a Tata tamer bra from lululemon. I love it and feel it was worth the investment! I don't know how large they go though.

I always do that when using my HRM. I subtract out the number of minutes I worked out X 1.35 (that's the number I was given as my RMR calories burned per minute when I got it done last year)...
