For me I agree with all of the above: I used t be 205 before sarting MFP...One of the biggest downfalls is a group of ladies at church asked me if Iwas sick, and how do I feel. BUT, for the most part I am getting comliments on how GOOD and SKINNY I look!!!!! Too bad I did not do this years ago!!!!!
