Hi All, Busy day today - I walked just 45 minutes. My Sept total is now 1569 against my target of 1800 minutes. 231 minutes to cover by the end of the month. Just 4 days left everyone - let's get walking!!

Hi all, I walked for 90 minutes today. Such a nice fall day. This brings my total for Sept to 1379. My goal for the month is 1800 minutes. My daily average is just a touch under 60 minutes. Leftovers - all the way. I always bring my lunch and I try to stay away from commercially prepared foods - they have so much sodium and who knows what else. Nothing too exotic: Most work days: 1 cup yogurt with 1-2 cups fresh fruit - usually raspberries/blueberries plus black coffee. Once a week I treat myself to a cranberry bran muffin. Weekends: 2 scrambled eggs, slices homemade (not my home) multi-grain toast, jam. Fresh fruit. And, of course, black coffee.
