I am on the bodybuilding site I know there is a lot of recommendations for Whey Protein powders for getting in your protein especially after a workout.

Should I still use protein powders as a good supplement to make sure I get in my daily protein without the extra fat from other food sources such as meat and cheese and dairy?.....I already start my day with an egg and 6 Tbsp of egg whites. and a couple of slices of turkey bacon or high protein cereal.

For someone of my size and weight using a 5lb dumbbell according to my HRM I burn 814 calories and with an 8lb dumbbell I burn 827 calories

If you want one without a chest strap Omron is a pretty good. If want one with a chest strap get a Garmin or a Polar and get them off of Amazon.

I am using EAS Lean 15 Get lean and toned Chocolate Fudge I blends it with Almond milk, mango and 1/2 a banana I love it because it helps with hunger cravings

I prefer Almond and Coconut Milk mostly because of Lactose intolerance but I also like the taste....I mostly drink So Delicious Almond Plus Vanilla the Plus is for the about of protein and it has a good amount of fiber.

I had to use a heart rate monitor for My Tae Bo PT 24/7 workout and for the body blast dvd I burned 1500 calories 30min workout and for the Combo Sculpt I burned 900 calories the workout program comes with seven dvds so I have to track calories burned for each dvd. I just did the Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights…
