As long as you feel good and are not thick around the middle I would attribute to body type. My waist has also never been small no matter my condition or weight.

I think switching up your routine and adding more variety will keep you interested and engaged longer thus the pounds will fall off thus you're more likely to stick with it. Just curious why they shouldn't or wouldn't? I lift what I consider heavy for me and am continually trying to increase. I use 25 lbs for overhead press, 40 lbs for kickbacks, 205 squatting, 145 dead lifts, etc. and I know I have the potential for more. I would try to eat, if I were hungry, what healthy food is available. If people offer, I'd just say something like, "I'm fine. Thanks for offering." You can always use "I'm driving" to turn down alcohol.

Never. LOL. I don't know how some girls do it or if it's genetics or what. I have visible ab definition and it doesn't matter anytime I eat I can look pregnant. I can a little or a lot and it's the same affect. I can eat crappy food or healthy food and it's still the same...frustrating!

I would load Pandorda on your phone and create some play lists. It is the best! It gives you a variety of music that is similar to the artist's name you choose (i.e., Pink, Kelly Clarkson, etc.) and it's FREE!

This is me to. Even though you have some pounds to drop, it could be difficult mustering up the energy to lift weights without adequate calorie intake. I'd just keep that in mind when you lift. If you're feeling to tired to lift it's likely to a) over training b) not enough calories to burn.

I would a) consider where you are in menstrual cycle and b) NO technology of any kind a minimum of one hour before you go to sleep c) make sure you're not hungry. All of these factors disrupt my sleep which makes me grouchy. Good luck!
