  • Yoga is also very good for balance and core strengthening, and you can do it anywhere, don't even really need a mat although it's nicer.
  • Yup, that's where most of my fat is - right around the waist. And that's the worst kind of fat for heart disease and diabetes. The sooner we can get rid of it, the better! Good luck!

  • 1-2 pounds per week is a good rate, but it sounds as if you're eating very little. Your body may be in starvation mode and hanging on to every calorie like grim death. Sometimes it helps to eat a bit more, or mixing it up.
