I feel for you. Given the option, I would work out at one or two pm every day, but that's not possible while keeping a normal schedule. I do find that if I can drag myself out of bed, after twenty minutes or so I actually enjoy the early workout, but I still generally workout after work.

I'm 5`0", currently at 175, I'd like to see somewhere in the one twenties, but as I've never been that low as an adult, the number May go up or down as I approach my goal.

_p90x for me today :) i've done the whole course once, but i'm pretty sporadic right now. looking forward to starting insanity some time soon

I scaled the awesome beer to special occasions only (I don't have the ability to only have one) and try to keep it at two or three. as far as the harder stuff goes, I find thawhen I can't abstain, a vodka diet seven is always good, but I sure do miss captain and coke :)

how are you liking insanity? I have p90 x and use it occasionally, but I'm interested getting started on insanity.

it's not something I would recommend. the super low cal diet that accompanies it has to wreak havoc on your metabolism.

I feel you on the losing motivation. when I.m having a hard time getting going, I like to go explore pinterest for me workout ideas, etc. How varied is your diet
