SW: 185.6 8/11. 185.4 8/12. 185.0 I had mcdonalds and didn't make my step goal yesterday but I managed to eat under my calories so this surprised me. 8/13. 184.4 met my calorie, step and water goal yesterday. I count from when I wake up to when I sleep. I preplan my calories and pack my food. I work 7p-7a I usually have breakfast before work then lunch around 11 and dinner at around 4. And I pack a few little snacks in case I get hungry in between.

So I've caught up on my workouts;) I had 2 days of rest for my heel. I will weigh in tonight after I sleep. I just got off a 12 hr shift and need a nap.

Ok I took today off. I have a heel problem and I could barely tolerate walking on it.
