I did it a few years ago and I miss it. It has a lot more stretching in it which I need but also the weight lifting and agility. I like them all combined and he is just amusing to me;)

No pull ups here. I use a bowlex with 180lbs. My son has been using a weighted vest and does 2 with 50 lbs. He's been showing off to me and laughing cause I can't do 1.

Ok I've had a horrible week. My cold took a lot out of my and I did a lot of comfort eating and not a lot of moving. I've only gotten a few workouts in this week. I think I'll restart it. Or double up both days this weekend to catch up. Even my water dropped tremendously.
