Day 5 and a walk.

I did my day 4. I'm about to go for a walk. Get some sun;) I work nights so I dont get a whole lot of sun.

My 3 goals 1. Work on keeping my flexibility. I was just diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and I would like to keep my back from fusing. 2. Walk at least 15 miles a week with my dog. 3. Finish piyo. I'm only on week 2;)
