Well, how tall are you? Whats your frame size? How much do you weigh? Those things are kind of important when answering this question. But 1,200 is too low for that amount of exercise.

I don't binge as often because I'm eating more, it's easier to fit things into your goal (going out for dinner isn't as huge of a deal now) and I feel healthier :) And I didnt really notice a change in my weight loss. Still a pretty consistent 1-3 pounds a week

I've noticed mine are less prominent. I only really get them slightly when I sit down now. Before it was almost all the time >_> Keep going and you'll see changes :)

Yeah a friend of mine lost about 15-20lbs by just not drinking as much. He was drinking heavily almost every day, though. Edit- I've managed to lose this much weight by only drinking heavily once every few weeks.

Just stick to the program of 2lbs per week. Its just an average. Sometimes I lose 3-4 a week, sometimes 1.

I'm your age an when my mum prepares something unhealthy for dinner I just make my own meal. Just tell them you're trying to eat healthy and you're going to make your own dinner for the night :)

I have a pair of shorts that I'm trying to fit into, I guess they'd be a US size 8. I'm a US size 12ish now. I try them on every few weeks, I think it's motivating :) They almost fit over my *kitten* now

I'm 6ft 2 with quite a large frame. Everything about me is big and broad. Except for my boobs :sad: I'm aiming for about 180-190, then I'll probably re *kitten* my goals. I'm 210 right now :)

It worked quite well for me. I'd never do it again though. I like actual food, and the shakes were just so full of preservatives and additives that I can't pronounce... Haha, I'm one of those "clean foodies" now I guess. Plus, they cost a lot and a shake diet doesnt truly teach you what your body needs to stay healthy.…

Shake diets do work. But once you go off the shakes you gain the weight back quite quickly, because you haven't actually learned what to eat to stay healthy, you've just replaced food with shakes.

Maybe you should start tracking calories again. More protein and more strength training will probably help

Sandwiches, tuna salads, regular salads, sliced up meats, carrots and hommus.. Thats generally what I eat, I'm forever carrying tupperware containers filled with food in my handbag.

Low carb is very hard to stick too and makes me angry and tired. I try to stay under 100-150grams of carb per day. Works well and its not too strict
