some good advice with the microwaving post will try that, i tend to leave mine soaking overnight and it defo helps alot when cooking, you never get that hard raw taste to it!

i personally think 'dorian yates nox' the best but jack3d is also very good. as for results tbh its mainly a mental thing with me once you take it you feel on the ball and buzzing for a session. i would say only buy if you work long hours and need a pick me up. but i have to admit you do get a great muscle pump from them

these are pre workout supplements. there are many reviews suggesting that they are harmful..............i guess if they were really bad then they would be banned. i personally have tried most of these and think they are great!

the problem you get with 'cheat days' is that you tend to let yourself off on everything in a sence that you'll be like 'ill eat this cheesecake because its my cheat day ect' its easy to lose control........just do a cheat meal or a cheat meal on both Saturday and Sunday. i promise the results will be better than just a…

protein is in a way a 'clean' source, aslong as your not going drastically over you will be golden :) if it was sat fat however that would be different.
