I’m set for my first show April 5th - 99 days away! Currently still bulking, 6’1, 215, 13.5% bf, eating 2500 kcal at 40% protein, 30% carb, 30% fat. Going to knock down to 2200 kcal and introduce cardio for 2nd workout (currently only lift in am) and try for 195’ish. First rodeo, so really want to get the experience and…

Almost hit 5000 calories yesterday, but hey, I’m bulking. The cutting comes next week.

The hardest part on here is being honest with yourself. Set up your metrics correctly, track activity and ALL diet (that includes that "small" scoop of ice cream) and the numbers won't lie. Let them guide you.... If there is anything I can do to help please let me know! Good luck!!

I'm taking it, and find it to be effective in reducing my waistline. Plus, I don't like the hydro cuts and other pills - they make my heart race and hair stand on end. It has no side effect and seems to be doing the trick. I've also read studies that suggest it is a heart healthy supplement. I take the Vitamin Shoppe Brand.
