hi guys--i'm doing 30DS as well, started on Wednesday. Question for you all--how do you track it in exercise? I don't have a HRM. Do you consider it circuit training? Aerobics? Would love to hear your feedback--I'm still very new to MFP! Thanks for your help!

i'm another israeli! well--american who made aliyah 2 years ago. i'm sure you guys also get jealous knowing we don't have the same variety of healthy products here to work with...i'm ESPECIALLY missing 0% greek yogurt--i could eat that stuff all day. at least we have amazing cheap produce ;)

whenever i ask my coworker a question (and we literally sit 3 feet from each other) she, without fail, replies "whuuuut?" even when i know she CLEARLY heard me. she also hiccups all the time and never excuses herself to drink water/catch her breath/whatever. it's the little things that drive you crazy--you know??

i'm new to this as well but i think a good balance between planning and flexibility is key. like ideally i will map out the day in terms of what i will have for breakfast and lunch, but will keep the evening's plan pretty loose just in case i want to go out and have a beer later on with a friend. i've failed in the past…
