Yes...... I buy the China Classic Oolong tea in the brown box off EBAY; 100 tea bags for $8 & free shipping. So far I've lost 5 lbs. by drinking 4 cups throughout the day for the past 2 weeks. I'm gonna continue to drink 4 cups a day and see how much more I can lose. it doesn't taste bad either, tolerable.

Wonderful job, you must be so proud of yourself. Can you tell us how long it took you to get to 150 lbs? I'm 5 feet 3 ,171 lbs. and my goal is to get to 130 lbs. can you share what type of foods you ate & the amount of exercise you did daily, please.

Good post & I agree with you. A lot of my friends like to go to the gym between midnight & 5am because less people are there and they feel less intimidated by all the fit bodies & staring. I'm 5'3 & medium-framed; I'm 180 now but my mini goal is 140; ultimately 118 since I know what it looks like on me. I'm top heavy but hopefully my breasts will decrease with more weightloss.

Hi, I use HealthOne shakes, they come in individual packets. I add frozen fruit to it to give it a different flavor other than vanilla. What may be an unhealthy weight for 1 individual, might not be for another. Everyone's body frame is different. Some people are small, medium, large-framed. She may have a small frame, so how is that wrong to get to that particular weight? If she feels fine & is eating properly & exercising, it shouldn't matter.
