Day 17 (02/28) RESULTS Took a day off so I have to add a day at the end of the challenge. It sucks, but tomorrow is a new day!

Day 16 (02/27) Results I went for a 30 minute brisk walk!

Day 15 (02/26) RESULTS * 30 minutes cleaning the house * 10 minutes walking briskly * 3.5 miles in 31:09 minutes

Day 13 (02/24) RESULTS * Chest/Back workout = 50 minutes * 5 km RACE in 26:44 minutes Awesome way to end the week!

Day 12(02/23) RESULTS 3.0 miles on treadmill in 28:20 minutes (easy run) 10 minute walking on treadmill at speed of 4.3 total distance 0.70 miles As per my training schedule today was a REST day but I still had energy to burn!!!

Day 7 RESULTS (Feb 18) Still wasn't feeling too good so I went for a 25 minute brisk walk. Plan on going to the gym tomorrow morning. Trying to stay within my calorie allotment since I did not exercise too much today.

Day 6 RESULTS: I successfully completed my first Long Run of 6 miles where I only stopped once. I ran at a continuous seed of 6.5 on the treamill and completed the run in 55:46 minutes at a PACE of 9:18 min/miles. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!!!! Day three results * 3 Mile run best time so far completed the run in 27 minutes with a PACE of 9:00 min/mile So happy with my results so far!

Day 2 results: Weight lifting ( biceps and triceps) = 50 minutes Treadmill: 30 minutes tempo run = 3.23 miles PACE 9:17 minutes/ mile Sit-ups: 5 minutes So far so good!

So first day Tuesday February 12th I ran 3.0 miles in 27:56 minutes on the treadmill. I also completed a Back/Chest workout totalling 40 minutes. I am excited to stop stressing over the numbers on the scale not moving or moving too fast. It will be like a breath of fresh air to just exercise and eat healthy and not worry…

I am also running my second half marathon in May in Toronto, Ontario Canada, I am using Hal Higdon's intermediate program which is starting on Monday, I finished my first in 2:12:00 and hoping to get a better time this one arou d. So happy to join the discussion grip and I am open to any advice given!!!!

Last weeks: 148.4 lbs Cuurent weight: 149.0 lbs April 1st goal: 130 lbs Pounds lost: I gained 0.6 lbs I was out of town all week and only got to run once. Plus I don't know if this contributes to the weight gain but I just started my period today URGH!!! I am committed to running more this week and eating healthier!
