  • Today was a busy day for me! I cleaned the house and then went to the gym did 10 min on the treadmill started to feel some soreness in my hip so I stopped. I completed a 60 minute Power class (weights) and a 30 mins Abs circuit! I am pooped and tired going to bed early tonight!

  • My legs were sore from the10 mile run yesterday but I brought my co-workers dog Ziggy for a run after work. Was able to get 3.36 miles in good considering it was hot and muggy outside!

  • So today I went to go visit my Mom at the cottage and went for a 40 km bike ride which I was very happy with my performance! It was a hard ride but well worth it once I was done!
