    Weekends here are very crowded with Athenians, so I didn't even bother trying a run today. Besides, Saturday & Sunday are rest days.

    Good Day Saturday DWOP!

    Weekends are my official rest days, too.

    For those of you using JeFit app and/or the website I updated body stats this morning. I am pleased to see decreases in my chest, waist, thighs, and BF % since starting this program. I won't weigh until Sundays since it gives my muscles two days after the last WO session (Friday) to release the water that causes them to swell. I'm not expecting a change in the scale. But, I am lifting heavier each week in some exercises.:wink:

    Hi everyone,

    Sorry I have been MIA I have been working long hours and not able to get my mileage in so today and tomorrow I have to make up the mileage. I have also not been eating good too many desserts which is going to stop today. I need to change my thinking just because I went for a nice run doesn't mean I can stuff my face with chips or cake.

    I am starting a natural supplement called Garcinia Cambogia which will help me with my cravings and the thing I like about it is that it is 100% all natural and not expensive for weight loss products. I am going to use this for 12 weeks straight and hopefully see some results at the end. I am not good with taking medications so I am going to force myself to remember to take two capsules before my meals.

    So today I am going to run 8 miles on the treadmill because the temperature outside is around 35 degrees celcius and I will fry if I run outside. I also lost my sunglasses ????so I need to find those tonight at work somewhere URGH!

    It is a rest day.

    DH & I went & did our grocery shopping @ 7 am. This week we could earn more points on certain products. I had to go back to service desk to ask where some points were. Good thing I always check as I got them added. Our grocery store called Save on foods has a 'reward book' with some great stuff. In 2008 I got my bf scale from the book. A few months back I got my Sonic care air flosser. I want the Sonic care toothbrush. That will take a year at least to get enough points. I believe in taking good care of teeth is all part of maintaining good health. Using points we are able to get things that do not fit into the budget.

    I got the sheets on the bed all washed & the bed made. With my strength I can heft around the mattress no problem.

    I gathered some more veggies from our garden for our meal. Three different types of beets made for delicious beet tops. Yummy!
