Great threadstarter today! And I see you've been busy getting us set up for the next week. I look forward to coming here everyday and seeing the new one (I never look ahead).

Rest day today. Had a lighter week than usual, so I don't particularly feel like resting. Oh well.

Have a great Friday everyone! Happy last day of February.

Funny, because I look ahead at yours sometimes...when I need a little pick-me-up. But I also sometimes forgot what I posted myself, so it can still be something to look forward to.

Today it's raining. boooo! In the city, it's just too slippery to run on wet, slimy sidewalks, so I went to take the trolley to the gym, but it was packed and I decided I could probably walk there before the next packed trolley came along. I was right. So I walked (er, slid) to the gym and did my leg workout and walked back. That's it today.

Will check back and read y'all later.

    TGIF folks!

Hi, went to class yesterday, today taking day off, husband feeling better and we are going to movies. For us that is next town since we live rurally.

I lost 1/2 lb so far just not eating dessert and wine last 4 days and not dieting food wise...today is day 5 of my no dessert/wine thing.

Doc said to do it a week but I think I will go until we go away for weekend for St Patricks Day.

Yesterday afternoon was the worst craving sugar I was doing taxes (obviously stressful) lol and I wanted relief...thankfully I made 1/2 sandwich instead!

Glad to see that everyone has been enjoying the day, except for poor Laura, who has to rest. :)

I'm having a nice day, too. Went to work for half a day, then got an easy pace run in, then canine freestyle class, now I'm headed to zumba.

Need to decide what I'm going to do tomorrow morning:
-- swim & water aerobics (5-10 minute drive) OR
-- 4 hour bird-watching hike (about an hour away) OR
-- running store grand-re-opening with Under Armour tryouts and group run (45 minutes away) OR
-- close running store group run 4-6 miles (10-15 minutes away) OR
    -- rest
