    ^ooo, LIKE!

Today DH has lots of work. There's a chance that he can get off work at normal time, but it's a beautiful day and lil girl is overdue for some playtime at the big park (near son's tutor), so I'm going to go ahead and plan to do that and that way DH doesn't have to feel rushed either. It seems this week is going to be a down week anyway.

Donna, watch that ankle. Hope it is better real soon.

Glad to hear Laura and Marla are having nice weather for a change. :glasses: Marla, I hope your husband will get out and feel better. It might do him a world of good.

Oh yeah, well done on the weight loss Laura! I wish I could get my eating under control enough to drop a few pounds of fat. I usually tend to eat less in warmer weather, so I have that to look forward to. Otherwise, I might have to start considering pre-planning/calculating meals in the future, just to try to make some progress before I get too discouraged. Otherwise, I need to be super consistent with the gym so those extra calories can at least build muscle (an unintentional bulk, haha!!)

Have a good one!!! Just have to tell y'all how much I appreciate everyone in this group. I really look forward to "seeing" you all every day.

Well I have been slacking off and just getting stressed with relationship issues and don't feel like working out or doing anything. But today I snapped myself out of the self loathing phase and today I went to 1 hr kickboxing cardio class, 1 hour of HIIT training had to do two days in a row because I didn't do anything yesterday, So I did the Bodyweight and Cardio routine which made me seriously sweat!!!!

Will read the posts that I missed the past weekend and get back on track!!!!

Maria and Jules, glad that you got the classes in today! Someties it's hard to get started, but once you get there, it's worth it!

I hope you enjoyed the nice day you had today, Sherry, and Laura. It was beautiful here, too.

Rest day today and the last day of puppy class. They have grown do much bigger in the 10 weeks, since the class started! I think they will all do well.

Did two sessions of my stair workout in the morning and afternoon and of course was up and running around with the puppies, but other than that, no formal exercise today.

Tomorrow is Metabolic Conditioning class and I'm planning to run to it and back home afterward. It's only a mile and a half from my house to the fitness studio and most of that will be along the bike path rather than the streets, so why not?

The ankle is still a little swollen, and rubs against the top of my shoes, but at long as I don't hit it, it doesn't hurt.
