Bump!
Worked out 10 mins this morning. Have all healthy food for lunch, except maybe the greek yogurt - still deciding if that is something to eat or not. Orange juice is questionable too - 18g sugar!? But OJ is one of those anti-cold things to me, so it's more for the mind over matter game I'm playing with the flu. I'm gearing myself back into a low dairy, low grain diet - my modified version of paleo/primal because I eat the healthiest on it and seem to have more energy.
Hoping to work out at least another 10 minutes tonight, but may work late. We also might get another winter storm. It's -3 right now, High of -11 low of 19... I feel like the weather people mixed something up on that, huh. lol
Maybe I'll do some stairs in the plant. Make an excuse to go up and down them for a bit.0 -
hi. checking in from my fon while i wait for my son. had a very unsatisfying uppr body workout and short jog today. :-/ might have to do some dimbbells at home tonight, i hate feeling like i wasted a workout or neglected a body part befor i move on to the next bdy part tomorrow.

Day 9 results are Bodyweight routine which made me sweat and then going to Zumba tonight with my friend. I don't think I am going to do Kick after Zumba my body is tired!!!!

Hi, haven't been on in a few days. Went to nia class today, had the last few days off.
Lasted 6 1/2 days of the no desserts/wine and gave in while watching the oscars.

I was going to go to Zumba at the gym tonight since my Pilates instructor is out of town so there's no class, but I don't feel very well. Went to work this morning but felt worse as the day went on, so at 4:00 I finally asked my boss if I could leave an hour early. Going to catch up on my Hulu queue tonight and hopefully feel better by tomorrow. Had my pajamas on about 2 minutes after walking in the door & am brewing a cup of hot tea now.0

Not much from me today. Did my star routine at work twice. Doing a little bit of convict conditioning tonight, then bed.0
