I tried the triple strength fish oil but I couldn't tolerate them. Congrats on your reduction! I am working out with a trainer and my LDL has had a good drop. Plus my daughter's a dietician and just made me up a meal plan...so I am hoping to see some good results :-)

If I was a size 2 I would look ridiculous...I am 5' 9"....I am quite happy being a size 8. Just looking for more tone and a little less body fat. And really a size is just a number, how you feel is much more important!

Don't throw in the towel! Here are some suggestions. Try Carb Cycling....sounds like you are plateauing - it might help. Also are you doing weights? I am doing that and muscle weighs more than fat. I can see a definite change in my muscle tone but it doesn't reflect on the scale....however I feel stronger, have better…

I think it's okay, but a Protein shake might be better. I like one scoop of Slimstyle PGX, and one scoop of vanilla protein powder with a little skim milk and a little water...really fills me up mord than CIB
