Just came back from a week in Texas and I binged every single day of my vacation. My biggest meal was probably from Pappadeux. I had two lobster tails with crawfish stuffing, shrimp wrapped in bacon, dirty rice. broccolini, and starwberry lemonade. I also ate bbq for breakfast, and even had a Red Velvet Milkshake from…

My diet has always been my biggest issue. I was working out, but getting no results. This definitely will help me get results.

Water and fiber. Try oatmeal, grits, beans, etc. And cardio will definitely get you going.

I love cereal and milk. Before MFP I didn't realize how much I was actually eating. Also, I've added more baked chicken to my diet.

You don't have to lose 100 lbs to be inspiring. The journey you have endured is very motivating and inspirational. It takes courage and strength to share this with the outside world. Your ability to overcome thses obstacles and still reach your goals, lets the rest of us know that we can do it too. Congratulations on your…

Have to get back to my walking. Used to walk 3 miles consistently. Today I walked 41 min (2 miles)

If you're doing all that walking you should invest in a pedometer

My biggest reason for being here is to get my diet under control. I can exercise, but the way I eat ( and sometimes not eat) is hindering my progress. I went two weeks without losing a pound when I had a personal trainer. I was so discouraged. i wish I had discovered this site during that time. I want to get rid of this…

LOL! And I thought I was the only one! I weigh myself daily. However my official weigh day is wednesday. Im not ashame to admit that I'm a little obsessed with the scale. As long as I don't start doing anything drastic because of the numbers, I will be fine

I'm an overnight nurse as well. I work 8hrs/5 days a week. I eat light at work (shake, fruit, yogurt, etc.). I go home and have a light breakfast before bed. I sleep during the day, have lunch when I wake, exercise in the evening, and dinner after that. You just have to work around YOUR schedule. We have to remember that…

I've always been anemic so I hd to change my diet in order to get more iron. I've never been into salads or veggies, but I'm learning. I'm just giving things a try. The only salad I eat is ceasar salads. The romaine lettuce is my fave. And I just added broccoli to my diet. I ate it for the first time at 25 and now I'm…

I was very active in dance, flagette, and step in middle school. Once I reached high school I stopped the activities and the pounds started coming on. I entered my high school's nursing program and indulged in the delicious food at the hospitals during clinicals. Bad food choices +sedentary lifestyle =weight gain. Once I…

Thankfully I didn't gain any weight on the two years I was on depo

I've been working overnight for four years now. My biggest issue is working my diet around my schedule. my work days and off days are completely different. I've learned to eat light meals or just snacks at work and save my meals for the day/evening time when I'm most active. My isues begin at breakfast because I must eat…

You have to eat them. I stopped losing weight because I was under eating. This site has changed all of that. Im still struggling a bit but thats to be expected. Once I started counting, the scale started moving. Eat those calories!!!

I think everyone has the right to complain regardless of size. We all have our own reasons for not being happy with our bodies regardless of what you weigh. At 5'2" I used to be 215 lbs but I'm down to 182. That's alot of weight for a person my height AND thats a lot of weight for me personally. Trust me we're all…
