I'm a sugar addict of the highest order! When I'm off it I don't need it but one bit of it and it's a slippery slope! The cravings actually take over my brain leading me to wonder to the kitchen cupboard like a zombie!

Wow there is a big difference! I have the DVD and have done it once - nearly killed me. I'm a bit fitter now so may get it out again.

Remember the riper the nana the higher the sugar content so just eat them before the get little brown specks on them.

Hi Wanda, In terms of endurance 1 long walk is better but in terms of weightloss two bursts of shorter activity is actually better than one long one. steph
