Check out your "on demand" channel for the exercise channel.. There are 10-60min videos, even dance videos for kids. I wouldn't go crazy and start doing it every day so you burn out. I guess that I have an excuse then. Three small kids...no sleep. Not! I'm not giving up that easy :) Nice to know though and focus on getting to bed at the earliest opportunity. It's hard 'cause I really want that "me" time after they go to bed.
