Got on the scale today and am down 1.2 lbs :smiley: I was very happy. I'm still aiming for the under group. A big milestone. slow and steady...

I did a nice long walk in the breezy weather and a POWER WALK indoors. I'm loving this alternative universe of youtubing it with exercise. Logged about 1.5 hours of exercising, stretching, walking, breathing --which is really a great thing :) Tracked it all and was Under Calorie count for the day :)

Fall is really here!! Rain and much cooler today. Happy to be back with logging. Anyone else having issues with Mobile access to Community & Groups? Still can't get on with my phone and it's updated, etc. Glad the desktop is finally working. Yesterday, had a lot of good food choices and really upped my exercise with 5.44…

1. Walked three miles in the afternoon sun, which was a surprise bec we’ve had foggy two days 🌞 Loverly! 2. Tracked every bite morsel & nibble 3. Under calories by a bunch & will continue this trend☺️ Making good choices and incorporating more snacks. Happy Next Week All 🥊🥊🥊

Walked 2.68 miles Tracked yes Under calorie yes I am not sure if in WC. I had a couple days over calories and maybe a day without exercise. So no? Congrats to those who got WC & to everyone for trying hard. It ain’t easy, but I am always thankful for every new day🥊
