Walked two miles Tracked all the food Under calorie count for the day. Today took an exhilarating hike on the beach tho it was very windy. Felt alive! My lungs felt so clear! Getting out for a walk makes me happy. Spending time with those I love. Thankful for it all💗🙏🏽🙌🏽🍁🇺🇸🍭

Personally, I’ve always excluded exercise points. Im working on weight loss, so lowering food intake regardless of exercise helps me w that goal.
