It's that time of the month when you keep me guessing and I have to snoop around to see who might be qualifying for the Winner's Circle. Most of you keep things well hidden. Based on the posts from the 26th through 8:31 pm last night, here is my best guess:

BUT, glad I have the remaining pass because, as of this afternoon, I am having a tooth extraction under sedation tomorrow morning at 8:30 am. So, how will my diary and exercise shake out for my last two days of the month. Will continue to try, but will be honest with updates.7

B-O-O-M! Met my goal of the month and finally finished the workout in under 40 min. Still did the planks in between sets but I've shortened the resting (ahem, dancing) periods drastically.
That said, I used only the 12 lb DBs for the strength portion today. So for the last one tomorrow, I'll go back to the 20/12 DB dropsets and see what that time looks like!10 -
