Agreed, thanks to Rick for steering our ship and making this challenge possible. :)

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, bought a straw bale, hauled it home, set up a winter area for my two feral cats, and cleaned up the extra straw (about 40 minutes total). Otherwise, this was a rest day with coffee and books.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, well under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Pass days used 1/3

Quite a long list in the winner's circle. Truly impressive. If I recall correctly, I remember seeing @RangerRickL celebrate another impressive group. Those that come back Challenge after Challenge, whether that make it into the circle that month or not. Those are who I would like to aspire to be. Congratulations to all of them!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES | 10,000 Swing Kettlebell Workout - LAST of 20 sessions (37) TOTAL: 37 min
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES | Base + 254
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES |

Y'all, I swung a 25lb kettlebell 10,000 times this month. Did 20/12 DB drop sets too which added about a minute to yesterday's PR. I'll take it.

May do this workout again come springtime but with a 40lb KB if I can find one for less than $100. Will get the last of my planks for the month in tomorrow.

Have my body a rest today but still did a really long dog walk. On track, on target, all good!

    Day 30
    Weigh day is yay day!
Weighed in at goal weight after a nice strong ride.
    Got some PR's.
Not in the circle but I ain't crying about it too much.
Think I only had 2 beers this month.
Not to say I didn't have other alcohol.
Guess I got to track that as much as anything.
My disfunction is hitting goal weight and then letting go.
Dorcas Lane might say "...my one weakness..."
    Who is Dorcas Lane anyway?
put a picture of my climb profile. I like how this climb amps up steeper to 11% right near the top. For the last seven months I've exceeded 25,000 of climb.
This month is my four year gps Strava tracking anniversary.
My tally is up to 965,000 feet. I might get to a million.
I think my knee will hold up. I am feeding it Glucosamine.
But I think I will take tomorrow off and play with Buddy.
Ladies at Target invited him to a Halloween Party.

@SModa61 Tomorrow night, before I do the discussion starter for November 1, I am going to go back through the last few day of the month to create a UAC Champions list. Our Champions are those who stick with the program and keep on posting. IMO: Tracking intake and exercise is the foundational healthy habit. It triggers thoughtfulness. Once we become thoughtful about what we put into our body, the rest of the habits will just fall into place.
I think that I will reprint this for tomorrow's discussion opener.

I had been so impressed when I saw that you recognized both the Winner's Circle and the Champions (thanks for reminding me of the name I had seen). It's an attitude that makes me want to be a part of this group. Great people. Great attitudes. :)

I could have fixed my intake in the evening, but no. 🤷‍♀️ However, happy about the Tabata with Rainer Pollard, 30 min and a good sweat.
