Yes x 3
Ir rained all day as it has across the south. Had to walk around in our mostly cleaned out basement (go me) after working in it for 1.5 hrs. I'm never going to forget about getting rid of my treadmill in the move right before Covid and no gym...sorry I digress
Yes to the winners circle. Congrats to all still here and see this.6 -

No, Rick. I have used the passes for two months already 🙈. Maybe next month 😉5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes and hour of lap swimming in the morning and an evening walk
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
If I don’t blow it today, tomorrow or Friday as I’ve used all three pass days... we will see! I’m feeling pretty good about it - but we have a lot of candy waiting for most likely nonexistent trick or treaters. Willpower seriously required once we open that box!

Tracking: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, indoor cycle 60 minutes - doing heart rate training and was able to keep heart rate between 118-125 bpm and it was a good workout. Who knew I was overtraining for so many decades?
Pass days to date - 64 -
Yes x 3 for Wednesday
I was under calories again, by several hundred. Every bit helps! Also checked out a new class, doubles tennis and it kicked my butt for 60 min. They are better players than me, if I can play with them once a week I could level up by the end of the year. Fun and humbling!7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Had my Zumba class.

Excuses, excuses - lol: It was very cold here (for us...30 at 6 and raining - and I was napping when I would normally exercise and walk this evening) and I was running a slight temp- but doing better now) so I didn't exercise. I'm slightly over on calories...but way below TDEE - so should be ok. BTW - if you want a free tip on how to have Halloween candy around and not be tempted...buy the zombie skittles...
@dsgoingtodoit Hahaha re: zombie skittles!!2 -
Yes, I’ll be in the WC.
I’ve had 1 or 2 pass days & no plans to have any more.
No one came to our house last year. We have decided due to 1. that (and 2. all the candy we then had to deal with) 3. That candy is clearly bad for my husband & I 4. It’s not great for kids either 5. COVID, we’re not going to do it.
If we should get a trick or treater, we do have some mini chocolate kind bars...
Tough for me as former teacher Halloween was such a fun time to celebrate Creativity.

Tracked all
calories under just
Walked 80 mins flat, slow recovery from
My big hiking yesterday.
My avg monthly wt is 154.3 With a downwards trend. The last time my avg monthly wt was this low was May 2019!
Thrilled.
Reasons:
1.we’ve only eaten at home since COVID
2. My husband decided to follow my lead ❣️❣️❣️And is now normal BMI & eliminated two unhealthy habits. Being able to be inspired by each other making healthier choices, really helps both of us.
3. Over time I figured out the things I enjoy doing daily - creating, organizing, mindfulness, hiking in nature, talking with friends/family, and Learning. It’s made all the difference, as there’s always something to do if I want to eat, but I’m not truly hungry!

@KCJen Oh Thank You so much! I truly want to be helpful to others. We are so often told how hard this is, but it’s do-able, and I truly wish I’d figured it out in my teens! Thank you Thank you!❤️2 -
