Iโm currently at 3 pass days but Saturday evening is it first sushi sisterhood since February, so I may end up with 4. Iโm giving myself a slightly higher calorie goal for Friday and Saturday due to donating blood on Friday (I know this affects me and I need the extra energy for Sundayโs training), so if Iโm careful I should make it to the winners circle.
Today was long but good. I was out from 6am to 9pm. But I planned well and although supper changed (my community group leaders gave me supper instead of me eating what I had packed) I ate well and stayed under budget. Exercise was rehab, yoga, coaching kids class and Jiu Jitsu, plus a busy morning at work.
The scale has been very nice recently which I know is a result of getting back into serious training. Iโm now 5 kgs from my goal weight and 3 kgs from fighting weight (and the big reward I promised myself - a set of mats to train at home!)8 -

The suddenly very dark evenings first felt like a barrier to getting the running done in the evening - but once I got out I remembered how much I actually like running in the dark. Going to try not to forget for the rest of the autumn as well! ๐10 -

As for today:
Hard work and dedication. Blah, worked out to even out the munching! It was great to run, though (hard, but did quite well!) and I wall sat for 7 min, yeay! At the end I even had a very few cals left, but honestly I hope to eat cleaner in the 2 months left of this weird year.8 -

Yes I will be in the Winners Circle! I have worked so hard this month. My family can't believe some days its 10pm and I am still on that treadmill trying to burn my calories. I have found this month I really enjoy de-stressing this way, but gonna try to add a few different things in with it next month. I am also proud to say I had no pass days used, but we still got 3 days left. To everyone who won't make it to the Winners Circle this month....EVERYONE IN HERE IS A WINNER BECAUSE YOU ARE HERE AND TRYING!

Excuses, excuses - lol: It was very cold here (for us...30 at 6 and raining - and I was napping when I would normally exercise and walk this evening) and I was running a slight temp- but doing better now) so I didn't exercise. I'm slightly over on calories...but way below TDEE - so should be ok. BTW - if you want a free tip on how to have Halloween candy around and not be tempted...buy the zombie skittles...6 -
