    Food tracked and under but given it was our driving day home from vacation I didn't find time to exercise on either end!

    Also got a nice night of sleep. Early to bed, early to rise...working on eating dinner earlier this week.

    I’ve switched to walking in AM to avoid heat. Seems I walk longer then as I’m not as tired & don’t have to worry about the dark!

    I'm getting ready to migrate from our home farm to Phoenix. This year will be very different. We are taking our border collie along and a horse. The horse will stay at a stable located along one of my favorite hiking trails. The farm dog, will feel much more cramped in the city.
    We plan to make the 3 day trip during the first week of November.
    Today's report:
    Calories: under my limit by a bit
    Tracking: ok
    Exercise: 45 minutes plus some additional chores and walking on the farm.

    I didn't track today. Spent all weekend shopping for ramekins and ideas on how to cook with individual servings for my son and I. Sunday was a mad dash to finish ramekin shopping in addition to the regular weekend activities I need to do. It is also my 4th pass day (Oct 12,13,17, and 18) so I am disqualified. But I will continue posting to build my consistency :) I will post my ramekin pic on the chat page.
