Just ate 8 gummy bears that put me over...pass day 4...didn't think about it... and had forgotten to log half a piece of non-dairy cheese at lunch... I'm not a newbie at this...I know better. Anywho...ONWARD! I'm going to do a zumba workout tonight...and might try a bit of a HIIT workout...but I'll let ya know. Either way...I know I'll technically be under if I ate back my calories...but no...that cannot become my norm for now.
Short story: pass day 4 for the month - logged everything, exercise is about to occur, over on calories by about 509 -
maltedtea - I love your "pre-workout dancing" ... and dancing like a fool.... I tried to get my kids to dance at the park with me the other day... it is my prerogative to embarrass my kids...and I promise you this...I WILL be dancing when I'm too old to care what people think in public if God gives me the ability to ;D Some of my happiest memories are of dancing folks around big city parks I've been to. It's ALWAYS the elderly folks in their dresses and suits that are teaching the younger gen how to do it.6

Pass day. I just ate too much. Scale's up, too 😐 Maybe it's my body retaining water 🤔 after 2 challenging workouts the past days, but I do NOT like the trend... 🤨

...you are all winners for continuing to post to the group! The months I got/get the most pass days were often the ones that helped me solidify good habits the most. I think of it as knocking one more habit after another over time until I’m losing/maintaining “in the flow.”
“Never Giving Up May” well be the key to managing this “chronic relapsing disease” of weight regulation.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, disinfecting the public areas of my workplace while I slow walked over 8 hours, plus carried some heavy boxes (not required) for upper body strength

Food tracked and under but given it was our driving day home from vacation I didn't find time to exercise on either end!

Also got a nice night of sleep. Early to bed, early to rise...working on eating dinner earlier this week.4
