Congrats to the very many winners 🎉🏆💐.
I had a bad day again, topped up with me wondering if I should bike or walk to the library, to be faced with another choice, as I was putting on the shoes: go by car or babysit. 😣 So all my workout yesterday was a 20min walk. Ate like a fool all day and ended it by staying up late listening to music. 😑4 -
got plenty of walking in (more than 45 minutes walking-game) but didn't log at all.
I gave myself a "BMI TRUE-Reality Check, and admitted to the Wii Profile setting that I should be 5 ft 2 in (not 5 ft 3 as I was when I first started keeping track)
So now the border between Normal and Overweight BMI (25) is at 136 pounds instead of 141 ....
Toto, it looks like we aren't in Maintenance-Land any more ... but I can see it juuuussssttt Over There ..... (currently sitting at ~ 137 / 138)
I think my stationary bike is gonna get extra-usage for November (or longer) along side the waking exergame. The bike burns much more calories per minute. (has ~ 12 plus pre-programmed options for variety)3 -

Exercise Tracked In MFP (Treadmill Mon-Fri): No treadmill but active
Calories and Water Tracked In MFP: Yes
Within Daily Calorie Range of 1300 to 1450: No - calories were 1,535
Tonight for supper, instead of making what I thought would be "healthy" meals, I made beef tips with mushroom & onion gravy, baked potato, and mixed vegetables. My son loved it, said we should eat more baked potatoes but pass on the mushrooms. Ha-ha! I went over on my calories for the day by 85 calories, so that is something easy to adjust. It was nice to have a "normal" dinner, and I was happy that my son had no complaints and said I should make that again!!
My son doesn't like a lot of the "healthy" recipes I find in cookbooks - he says they are too "fancy" and he wants just "normal" meals. I think I might be on to something here - "normal meals" at the right portion and I try to make them as "healthy" as I can (ditch the oil and use non-stick spray or bake instead of fried foods). This could be what I need to make this stick and it becomes consistent. Sounds like the right path for a healthy lifestyle and not just a "diet". Bye-bye yo-yo diet - it's time that unhealthy cycle stops.

yes x's 3 yday - and managed to get walking pal to go for a long walk...and finished the day over 14k steps. Zumba was fun and made some yummy peas and chicken... For those of you new to the UAC's - my little piece of advice is ...even if you have missed the circle...each DAY is a the challenge you can focus on until the new month begins. You are still a winner if you are still logging. ;D5

It poured here yesterday! I finally got a break at 5 when it was just misting and got a long walk in! Made my 10k steps and could throw in the house re-arranging as well - upgraded to a king bed because we have a one eyed cat named Moose who needs to sleep between us and he probably needs MFP too... so spent the afternoon disassembling and moving beds from room to room. Definitely got my exercise in!
