Yes!!!! Me too. Before 40 I ate what I wanted to eat, never exercised and never gained anything. After I turned 40 I have to exercise and watching what I eat or I start gaining the lbs like crazy!! :s

i love love love Jackie Warners dvd's and I also try to do a lot of Zuzana's workouts on youtube. I'll do 50 jump ropes and then 3 reps of her exercises ...back and forth for 30-40 minutes. Here is one of her videos...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywJqdtmhhv0&feature=channel

Maybe buy some whole wheat bread and make healthy sandwiches? Peanut butter and banana, Tuna, chicken. Triscuit whole wheat crackers are great to snack on. Buy some lettuce and veges, mix it all up for a healthy salad and then maybe add a can of tuna or chicken. Good luck! :)
