On a day where I don't do much, around 1300 or so. On a day where I do work out for an hour or more, closer to 1700 or so. Depends on the day.

I weigh at night before bed in one of my oversized tees that I sleep in. They all are the same brand so they weight the same. I forget in the morning before I go to work. I am much more likely to remember at night after my shower post-gym.

More blood goes to your intestinal tract while digesting. You may be feeling that when you lay down. I'd still get it looked at by an MD though.

If you can't run on the treadmill, try walking and then increase the speed. I've found that it has ended up being the best exercise to really get my heart rate going, and you don't need to run at top speed to get results. Just walk, and then increase how briskly you walk.
