I got my day 8 today too :) I am still doing the modified push ups. I can usually do 10 or 15 regular push ups but not with my arms as sore as they are from 8 days of this! Happy to stick with the modified lol. I am still moving, right? :)

I love my Asics. I have a pair of Cumulus and Nimbus (I keep a pair for indoor treadmill use only) Bought the two different kinds because the store had a BOGO half price offer but you couldn't buy the same shoe. I average about 30 K a week when I'm motivated :)
