I'M OBSESSED WITH FAGE GREEK YOGURT SO I USE 1 CUP OF PLAIN ONE, 1/2 CUP OF FROZEN BLUEBERRIES, 1/2 CUP FROZEN BLACK CURRANTS, 1 SM/MED BANANA, FLAX SEEDS, JUST STARTED ADDING LITTLE BIT OF AVOCADO (THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I CAN HANDLE AVOCADO), AND FRESH GRATED GINGER. IT'S DELISH!

I either do oldfashioned oats with unsweetened applesauce to add some sweetness or lately i've been into smoothies: i use 1 cup Fage plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen black currants, 1 med banana, 1/4 avocado, and little bit of grated fresh ginger. agree with everybody else, BMI is crap, i'm obese by those standards just because i carry a lot of muscle. Don't pay attention to that, i just go by how i look in the mirror and how i feel about myself

You doing awesome, all this takes time so we just have to learn how to be patient with ourselves. Just keep going and keep pushing, next thing you know---you'll be VERY satisfied!

I'm a dietetic tech and what we learned at school is that women should not take no less than 1200 cal/day. I usually take it 1600 but i'm trying to gain my muscle back, i'm 5'4 and currently 154lbs (goal is to be 145 all muscle)

i lost 20lbs for my wedding (scales hit exactly 20lbs loss the day of ) just by doing morning cardio on empty stomach and strict on my nutrition. Early cardio makes huge difference, that's what bodybuilders do when we get ready for the shows. but you have to make sure you get up early so you don't skip your meals
