It doesn't matter when you eat...just don't do it past 12am. Otherwise, you will need to log for the next day. Personally, I can exercise right before falling fast asleep.

I really don't believe you burn THAT many calories as you'd have to continuously throw the ball for 2 hours for to really use that number. If I was going bowling for 2 hours and there were only 2 of us using 2 lanes, I'd log the bowling at 1 hour. I think that is more realistic. That's my 2 cents worth :happy:

I'm doing WWPP too, but not losing any weight past 3 lbs! I've only lost 3 lbs in 1-1/2 months! I don't like the PP system. I did the old point system from 2005-2008 and it worked like a charm. I think WW made the fruits and most veggies 0 points because they want us to lose MUCH slower than people were on the old point…

Are you constantly eating the same foods? Remember variety is the spice of life! Switch up your foods as well. Still stay healthy, but try something new. I lost 87 pounds on the Weight Watchers plan several years ago. I was told to take out something I couldn't fit into and leave it out. Try it on from time to time to see…
