I never eat all of my burned calories. i try to stay at 1200, even though they usually give me 1400, and I burn off 400 or better. The more calories you eat the more they say you will weigh in 5 weeks!! Basil

If you seriously want to lose it, you have to get serious. You can't wish it away. you have to decrease your calories and increase you activity. you can lose 20 lbs in 3 months if you got serious about it!! Basil add me to your friend list

I ran on the beach in Daytona, Fl. and it was good. Daytona beach is flatter and firm. Some beaches are slanted which I found uncomfortable. If the sand isn't firm thats another problem. I would think you shouldn't go the whole 5k until you see how your knee will hold out.
