i'm 5'8" heaviest pregnant: 195. heaviest w/out preg: 150. 26%BF now: 135. lost 15lbs, 18%BF my goal is no longer pounds, just a few more percentages BF.

i first did a ****ton of cardio and ate low cals to lose fat. now i hit goal weight, i'll be eating more to build my muscles.

mine would be edward norton. i find him hot and what does it for me is his intense privacy, while he does make the apperiences when need be.

the best part of the beginning of this thread was just really asking... but i had just changed out the plastic cover thingy on my phone and the screen wasn't responding normally the cursor kept skipping around - and i didn't notice until i hit submit. so i kept trying to fix the typos when ppl already started to respond…

although i shave with a broken beer bottle ... i shave from ankles to knees. i'm very blonde and norwegian so i honestly don't have much of anything from knees up.

your tdee is 2285. to lose 2 lbs a week, which is agressive, that would put you at 1285/day. if you burn calories, you need to EAT those calories back, because you just shouldn't go under 1200 cals/day. honestly, you aren't eating enough with your workouts.

I was just one of the lucky ones to get ginormous with three pregnancies and not have any stretxh marks, so a bonus was a bikini for me. doesnt mean you cant ROCK a one piece! There are beautiful one pieces out there now! You go get it girl!!!

Im a rumner an get new shoes every hundred or so miles. and i always get fitted and evn i have this pain during the break in period. sometimes i do, sometimes i dont. i juat recommend a goof fitting session where they watch you run on a treadmill. ive even come back the next day and traded them out for free. good luck.

What is yout tdee? On days you are under, by how much? On days you go over, my how much? How are you determining your caloric burn? edited to ask... how long have you been doing just that?
