  • Down to 171.9 today... not much from last week, but every incremental bit counts! Most of my issues stem from grabbing unhealthy convenient things to eat while taking care of the baby versus grabbing something healthy.   • I'm at 172 today, so I have only lost .2 lbs this week. I had one of those weeks where it was hard to keep up with everything because it was so hectic. It's not the best excuse, but I will definitely be looking back at this week to gauge where my areas of opportunity were :-)
  • Weekends are always hard for me. Ended up going over on calories but did get the exercise and rest I intended to get. Really going to focus on upping my water intake tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great Monday!
  • I'm down from 174 to 172.2. Last night I exercised with resistance bands and got in some cardio. I am slacking on my water intake and need to up it. I have been meeting all of my other goals.
  • Had a very stressful day since the little one was not feeling well, but have met all of my goals for the day except for the exercise part. I'm going to go ahead and get started on that part now while I watch "Captain America" :-)
  • My goals for this month: - Log all food - Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day - Exercise 30 minutes a day 5 times a week - Get more sleep!
